The Old Guy … Cooking Something Different … Brown Rice Noodles & Chicken …

Brown Rice Noodles boiled per package instructions. Care should be taken not to overcook. The Noodles are drained then added to two cups of Chicken Stock already simmering on the stove.

Steamed Asian Vegetables and chunk White Chicken are added to the Noodles and kept simmering before serving. I made sure the mixture didn’t boil and over cook.

Plated. Brown Rice Noodles with White Meat Chicken and Asian Vegetables. Season to taste.

Chopped Fresh Green Onion was added last. Recipe can also be used with Beef, Pork or Shrimp. Season accordingly.

    • No they are Annie Chun’s Maifun Brown Rice Noodles. The next time I do this recipe I will flavor the noodles with something stronger that Chicken stock. Wasn’t as flavorful as I thought it to be. Thanks for your comment. g
