The Old Guy … Thinking Of You …

Thinking Of You

Today I woke thinking of you,

Wanting to hold you close,

Feel your smoldering warmth against me,

Wanting to never let you go.

Close, ever closer,

I want to share your mysteries,

Your loves and passions.

To be a part of your day …

To be a part of you.

In the low light,

Your beauty is beyond my words.

I feel your heart racing.

And I am silent in the moment,

This early morning full of hope,

I celebrate our shared smiles,

Your tender touch,

Soft spoken words of passion,

And whispered … delicate promises.

I was told by my grandfather that if you are destined to hang you'll never drown. I have never been afraid of water . . .

      • What was it? Flu? Glad you are feeling better and went out for a stroll.
I seldom open gmail. It is full of spam. I don’t think there is a decent email anywhere. I am using my old Yahoo for the official stuff, and the Facebook messenger for keeping in touch with people.

  7. Hello JEM,

PLM here…I am glad you liked the recent stories I printed and wrote on
Your love poem here is number 7 on my top 10 list for the day and I just wanted you to know. If I would have had one or two of the images though it was a story that I could have put on it, the story would have probably even made it to one or two. Is that I read more of your beautiful work I’m sure that I will share other things that you have done. May you be blessed Where You Are and stay the wonderful person that you are always.

    • Thank you so much Ms paulette. I tried to email you but couldn’t find an email contact listing. More poems coming. I’ve been under the weather here lately, but doing much better now. Again thank you so much. Love your work. g

      • My email is
Make sure you put in the subject line Who You Are and that there’s an attachment added. I get hundreds and I mean hundreds of emails a day from tons of people, many of them selling me things no matter how much I try not to get that kind of email. It makes it annoying because the good emails like you are it’s like finding a needle in a haystack.
I will share whatever kind of contact info you would like. You are a pretty amazing guy with a good, genuine heart and soul.

I hope you get well quickly so you can be out with the bluebirds or whatever type is near you-with your antique Nikon in your talented hands. 🙂

    • This place is ready for Winter Ms inese, bu I am fighting a bad cold and a hip that is bothersome after a Thanksgiving fall. And I do stay out of the bitter cold. My Meds will be adjusted in December and I hope I will no longer suffer from dizziness and disorientation in my mqnner or speach. Thanks for your comment. g

      • Glad your house is winter-ready. Your prescription is worrying me. You are not supposed to be dizzy and disoriented. Hope it gets taken care of at your next appointment. Let them know about your hip too. Stay well!
