Who Knows
.
Who knows what lies behind,
A woman’s eyes.
What unspoken mysteries,
And intrigues,
Just behind sultry lips.
.
What can a soft touch tell,
Of the possibilities,
Romance or adventure.
And delicate whispered words,
Ride gently on a hope or promise.
.
Who knows what lies behind,
A woman’s eyes.
Whispered words,
From shadowed smile,
Speaks of things that make the heart race.
.
Come to me my love,
Touch my heart,
With your loving spirit,
Make me whole,
And alive again.
.
In the shadows and soft moonlight,
Passion burns deep within,
From tender embrace,
And soft hands moving slowly,
Closed eyes are knowing.

I’m surprised, haven’t read anything like this from you before, perhaps I missed them? Lovely, and romantic.🤗

Sorry you missed some posts from way back when, Ms rugby843. I have started a second book of poetry where each poem has an accompanying photograph. I decided to share every now and again some of my work by way of this blog. Thank you for your comment. g
